By booking a place on this retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Payment

    •    A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your place.

    •    The remaining balance of £4295 is payable either in full or through a 3-month payment plan of £1431,67 all to be paid by 30 March 2026, unless you are on the six month payment plan starting in October 2025 in which case is £799 per month for 6 months.

    •    All payments must be completed by 30 March 2026.

    •    If full payment is not received by the deadline, your place may be released and your deposit retained.

    •    Prices are listed in GBP. If paying from outside the UK, you are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees.

Cancellations and Refunds

    •    Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    •    If you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat, you will be refunded any additional payments made, excluding the deposit.

    •    If you cancel within 90 days of the retreat start date, no refund will be given.

    •    You are welcome to transfer your place to someone else, subject to approval and appropriate arrangements.

    •    If for any reason the retreat is cancelled by the host, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Travel and Insurance

    •    You are responsible for arranging your own flights to and from Cyprus.

    •    Airport transfers to and from Larnaca are included in your package.

    •    We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for medical issues, cancellations and delays.

    •    Sum Retreats is not responsible for any costs related to missed flights, changes in travel plans or other travel-related disruptions.

Health and Wellness

    •    Participation in yoga, massage, spa or any other wellness activity is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

    •    You must inform the retreat organiser of any relevant medical conditions or allergies in advance.

    •    The retreat is not a substitute for medical care or psychological support.

Behaviour and Respect

    •    This retreat is designed to be a safe and respectful space for all participants.

    •    Disruptive, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

    •    All guests are expected to treat fellow attendees, staff and property with care and consideration.

Photography and Content

    •    By attending the retreat, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes.

    •    If you prefer not to appear in any content, please let us know in writing before the retreat begins.

Responsibility and Liability

    •    While all reasonable steps are taken to ensure safety and quality, Sum Retreats accepts no liability for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property, or any other issue that may arise during your travel or participation in the retreat.

    •    You participate in all activities at your own risk and are responsible for your own wellbeing.
