• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your room. AED 3600 Sunrise and AED 4675 Marina rooms.

• Balance: Remaining 50% due by 22 October 2025 for stays on 22 November 2025.

• Late Bookings: Guests booking after 22 October 2025 will be required to pay full payment upfront.

• Maximum Guests: 10 guests — 10 rooms available.
